Additionally, promoting autonomy and effective governance in an organisational ecosystem requires a shift in mindset from traditional, hierarchical structures to a more fluid, dynamic approach. Autonomous and self-sustaining teams with well-defined roles and responsibilities and clear ‘ways of working’ demonstrate effective decision making and co-creation which can unlock the organisation’s natural potential.

Method: Consulting

In my role as a consultant, I view myself as an “organisational provocateur” who is tasked by teams and companies to identify systemic issues and help deliver improvements that challenge conventional paradigms and offer a fresh perspective. Where companies often resort to hiring Project Managers as an expensive yet unsustainable solution to delivering strategy, my endeavour instead is to catalyse structural change from within the organisation to elevate the effectiveness, speed, efficiency and performance of any team in a sustainable way.

Having worked for more than 15 years specialising in strategy, project, and transition management, I have had the privilege of working with exceptional teams in various countries, cultures, industries, and companies. Combining my coaching techniques, operational knowledge and expertise in team dynamics, I am able to work with leaders to take their vision all the way to deployment while also imbedding lasting behavioural and structural changes within the organisation.
