We often get stuck in pre-existing narratives and harmful patterns from our past or desperately spin our wheels trying to realise a desired future through plans and actions. However, does change really require action or is it simply a product of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’? We are often trapped in identities defined by our past and future, though the deeper shifts are only unlocked when you can truly realise and accept exactly where you are at the present moment. But then, who ARE you at this moment and what has created this unique identity? We are all a product of countless systems – our families, communities, nationalities, societies, teams, organizations etc. that exert a powerful invisible force in our lives, but we know and understand little about how they shape our lives. If what we ‘know’ is so strongly influenced by what we ‘don’t know’, how much do we really know about ourselves?  In this immersive workshop, we will examine the team’s subconscious psychology and uncover the origins of its hidden patterns. By gaining a deeper understanding of individual personalities and establishing trust, safety, and open communication within the team, we will try to activate a culture of mutual support and collaboration. Moreover, we will identify the team’s values and align them with its strengths and shared purpose, which can transform a mere group of individuals into a resilient and thriving unit.

I am a seasoned facilitator and constellator and I specialise in orchestrating interventions through deep immersive journeys using systemic constellations leading to self-discovery and often catalysing fundamental shifts. As a team specialist with a particular focus on relationships and group dynamics, I compliment my individual coaching with such tailored workshops and systemic exercises to harness the collective intelligence of the group while exercising non-violent communication to promote deep dialogue. This combination stimulates deeper, accelerated transformations leading to a sustained transformative change.
